About Our Earplug Fitting Process
When we’re getting you fitted with new earplugs, we make use of all of the latest 3D technology. The technology we use allows our staff to see the interior of your ear canal and make it easier for us to figure out what kind of ear mold to make. It is a painless and non-invasive procedure, and it doesn’t even take much time to complete.
Once the 3D scanning process gets finished, we speak with you to find out what noises you hear in your everyday environment. This helps us customize your earplugs so that they are ideal for the noises you experience.
Our staff at Clarity Audiology give you plenty of creative freedom when you are designing your earplugs, getting to choose aspects such as their color, handles and cords, and engraving. We’ll also be available to give you advice on the best way to use your earplugs. Lastly, if you aren’t satisfied with your earplugs, you can return them to us within the first six months of you using them, and we will be happy to replace them for you.
