Mary L. Carson, Au.D., F-AAA, F-ADA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Mary Carson is a licensed, clinical audiologist in the state of Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Penn State University and her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Towson University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, also a Fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and a Member of the Maryland Academy of Audiology. Dr. Carson specializes in adult and pediatric hearing testing, and the fitting/programming/repairing of all makes and models of hearing aids. She also frequently visits local senior centers and assisted living centers for community outreach events.
Dr. Carson really enjoys the ongoing relationships that she is able to build with her patients and the ability to significantly improve their quality of life. Hearing loss is a challenging condition — it affects all areas of life including personal relationships and production at work, and often has a very emotional component for not only the patient, but also for his/her family members and friends. Dr. Carson believes that the ability to allow people to live a fuller life through improved communication abilities has been a very rewarding career choice.
Dr. Carson lives with her husband, Ryan, and their two small children, Jack and Ava. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and traveling to her extended family’s “mountain home” in Northern Pennsylvania.
Lisa Bragg, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Lisa Bragg, Au.D. obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Audiology degrees from Towson University. Dr. Bragg is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She joins Clarity Audiology & Hearing Solutions, LLC after several years of private practice experience. Her goal is to ensure that hearing loss does not hinder her patients’ relationships with loved ones and will recommend the best treatment solutions based on their type of impairment and lifestyle. She will take the time to understand her patient’s history and personal objectives to provide a customized experience. Dr. Bragg stays up to date with the latest technology and accessories so that her patients can stay connected, even in challenging listening environments.
She resides in Perry Hall with her husband Bruce, her son Trey, and her West Highland Terrier Wesley. Dr. Bragg values quality time spent with her family and friends, especially summer trips to the beach and weekend Bed & Breakfast retreats.
Sue graduated with an AA degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Baltimore County. She is the friendly voice that our patients have grown so accustomed to hearing when calling in to our office, and she takes great pleasure in making sure that they are each taken care of. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business including, scheduling, billing, and coordinating patient care. Her organizational skills and ability to multitask keep our office running smoothly. Sue lives in Marriottsville with her husband, Jerry, and their dog, Malachi. Sue and her husband have 6 children between them, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Patient Care Coordinator
Amy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Arts degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore. As our Patient Care Coordinator, Amy is focused on helping patients understand the logistics of their hearing aids, accessories, and any applicable paperwork. She enjoys working with patients and answering their questions so they feel comfortable with their hearing aids. Amy has had many years of customer service experience and also helps out with front office operations. Outside of the office, Amy likes to spend time with her husband, three daughters and her dachshund puppy. When you come into the office, she will be sitting at the front desk ready to help you get started on your way to better hearing!
